All prices are typical annual-billed rates pulled from the live pricing pages — actual quotes for Salesforce Enterprise, ZoomInfo, and Outreach almost always require a sales call.
Add-on costs (onboarding fees, contact-tier overages, AI credits, integration premiums) and discounts (annual prepay, startup programs, multi-year deals) are not in this number. Treat the figure as the floor of your monthly bill, not the ceiling.
A note on flat-fee email pricing. The "flat" rates above are based on small-list pricing (5,000 contacts on Klaviyo, 5,000 on Mailchimp, 1,000 on HubSpot Marketing). Email-marketing pricing scales steeply with contact count — a Klaviyo list at 50,000 contacts is roughly $720/mo, not $60; HubSpot Marketing Pro at 50,000 contacts can cross $4,000/mo. If your list is meaningfully larger than 5K, treat the email line as a placeholder and check the live pricing page.
